Position Overview: As a Visual Merchandising Intern at Pollyanna, you will play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our visual displays in retail stores and project spaces. You will work closely with our team to create captivating displays that reflect our brand's essence. Your responsibilities will include setting up displays in departmental stores, assisting with the receipt, setup, and packing of props and merchandise, coordinating with suppliers for events and set-ups, maintaining and updating store displays, and providing support to our marketing, e-commerce, and store teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the visual display in retail stores and project spaces following guidelines and instructions.
• Support in the receipt, setup, and packing of props and merchandise.
• Involvement in project coordination with suppliers for events and set-ups.
• Maintenance and upkeep of all store displays.
• Providing marketing, e-commerce, and store support to the team.
• Working on Christmas decorations during the internship period, gaining hands-on experience in creating festive displays.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Great team player with the ability to work well with people.
• Ability to multi-task and manage tight timelines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom.

Qualifications:

Additional Information:

• This is a paid internship / contractual opportunity.
• The internship will be an in-person role.
• 5.5 day work week, with paid over-time
