Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, understand and define prospective client needs, objectives and business requirements, articulate the features and benefits of cloud-based solutions
  • Conduct sales consultancy presentations through face to face meetings with clients and potential prospects
  • Provide business consultancy services through analysis of business processes and recommendation of technology solutions to drive process optimisation
  • Collaborate with Marketing team on lead quality and conversion 
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities from inbound leads
  • Gather and elicit customer requirements; assess, analyse, construct and propose appropriate solution/software to meet customer requirements
  • Prepare cost estimates, business proposals and solution tenders based on client’s requirements
  • Profile potential customers and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities
  • "Multi-channel" follow-up - help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities 
  • Maintain active communication with leads by sending monthly targeted materials 

Requirements:

  • Min GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma / Degree in any business discipline
  • Must be well-organized, well groomed & possesses pleasant disposition
  • Be excited to speak with all level of customers and build good relationships
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges
  • Quick to absorb and analyse business processes and operational information
  • Excellent command in written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must as required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Possess good analytical and planning aptitude
  • Pleasant personality, with excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision to ensure project delivery deadline

Remuneration:
