Which is why we’ve developed our “The Apprentice”-styled Business Development Internship Programme for undergraduates / fresh graduates like yourselves - to help you realise your full potential.
Throughout the 9 weeks with us, you’ll work closely with and be mentored by our seasoned Senior Associates who will equip you with the necessary strategic, analytical and interpersonal skills that will help you excel as a Financial Advisor.
No, you will not learn passively. We will take you through a series of real life business challenges that will allow you to execute the knowledge and capabilities you’ve built along the way. You’d be mistaken if you think this was “just another financial services” internship because there really is so much more to it than just the “learning how to sell” component.

What’s a leader without knowledge and mastery of the right tools at his / her disposal? Anyone can learn about the different tools for financial planning, but we don’t want you to just be anyone. We want you to be someone who is able to master these information, because your clients will be counting on you to provide them with sound management and investment advice.
THE ART OF SELLING YOURSELF & YOUR IDEAS
Whether you’re talking to your colleagues, your clients or even your friends, you’re constantly selling yourself and your ideas. And the key to this is developing your communication and interpersonal skills - from the art of persuasion and negotiation, to building rapport and trust with whoever you’re talking to - you’ll have plenty of opportunities to hone your skills in these areas as you interact with clients from all walks of life!

Job Description
YOUR INTERNSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMME
During this rigorous and multi-faceted 6-weeks training programme, you will be exposed to:
- Building up both your knowledge and skills in Business Development and Financial Advisory through learning by doing. From seminars to workshops, personal coaching to hands-on fieldwork, our curriculum is proven to deliver results and accelerate both your personal and professional growth
- A combination of mentorship programmes, a wealth of training resources, and a structured career advancement path to help put your career on the right track
- Real life business projects and activities to aid in your personal development and for your to apply all the knowledge and skills you’ve built up
At the end of it all, candidates who shone brighter than others will be invited to join our Graduate Apprentice Programme (psst, did you know our previous graduates are now amongst the Top 10% of income earners in their cohorts AND in SG?)
