Job Description

We are seeking a production assistant intern with a passion for photography to support our visual content creation and photography teams.

If you have strong organisational skills and are able to tend to a variety of tasks, prioritise multiple assignments, and are looking to advance your career in a dynamic start-up environment that’s serious about raising creative and quality standards, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the content creation and photography teams in all aspects to ensure that video and photography productions run smoothly, from preparing sets, organising and managing equipment, setting up lighting and accessories, file management and other tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt easily to last minute changes
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve issues in relation to shoot productions and all aspects of the job.
  • Attend shoots and ensure smooth on-set production (on-schedule, liaise with crew/talent/models and others, to support clients and internal promotion projects).
  • Develop working relationships with vendors and partners in Singapore and overseas.


Requirements:

  • The candidate can be a fresh graduate or currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Bachelor degree, combined with a passion for the photography and videography.
  • Experience working in a studio environment, handling commercial productions, talent castings and various shoot components a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and with good time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Mac systems, imaging processing and editing software.
  • Professional attitude on-set at all times, with the ability to foresee and evaluate potential set problems.
  • Able to work in a team and to remain claim in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
