Job Description

Project Specialist / Executive (1 Year / 6 Months Contract)

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of multiple virtual / hybrid / physical events.
  • Manage events from initial planning through execution and reconciliation, including but not limited to, client management, stakeholder management, production management, project team management, budget management.
  • Take charge to appoint the most appropriate suppliers and contractors that can deliver quality work and best pricing.
  • Create and execute project work plans and implement the necessary changes to meet changing needs and requirements to achieve the project objectives.
  • Define critical path, anticipating potential problems and propose appropriate solutions to overcome these problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Identify the resource requirements and assign individual responsibilities; ensuring that the project is delivered according to specified standards and within agreed schedule.
  • Manage project budget and cost management.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Review project progress and to communicate timely to the various stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and filed as appropriate.
  • Always ensure safety compliances by the project team.
