Brief job duties:
Assist in execution of events & exhibitions and other logistics arrangement on site
Liaise and coordinate with Vendors, Sub-contractors on all project requirements or buildup of the event
Source for materials as per project requirements
To provide administrative support to a project team
To undertake assignments on site and any other task assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
Independent and self-motivated
Outgoing, energetic and passionate
Adaptable to working environments and comfortable with outdoor settings when you are required to work at the event venue.
