Job Description
- Assist in performing new product development using current available ingredients and/ or sourcing externally.
- Perform Laboratory and kitchen trials to commercialization.
- Testing of alternative raw material/ ingredient in current recipe
- support in conducting sensory evaluation and shelf life testing.
- Create a Nutrition information panel as well as production flowchart for current and new food product development
- Upkeep of Test Kitchen and equipment.
Activities
- Assist in the precise weighing of ingredients for new and modified formulations given by R & D Team
- To carry out testing (using equipment)
- Involve in sensory evaluation and evaluate/ analyse taste panel results
- Application testing of new product as well as production samples
Requirement
- Candidates pursuing Diploma/Degree in Food Science are welcome to apply.
- Meticulous and well organised, able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and a team player
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Internship preferably for at least 6 months.
- Only citizens, perm residents or possesses Work Holiday Pass may apply
