1doc Bistro is an entity of 1doc Medical Centre Pte Ltd. We offer a comprehensive selection of healthy, nutritionally-balanced meals minus all the unhealthy sugars, carbs and additives. We offer both Western meals as well as local delights. 

• Outlet cleaning and set-up to get ready for operations.
• Offer prompt, friendly and efficient service to all guests. Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations.
• Drinks/Food ordering, bill payment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up and bottle service for all guest.
• In-charge one of outlet station and lead a sub team for operation, arrange staff break time, handle minor issue before handover to superiors.
• Orientation & buddy system for new join staff.
• Full-timer side tasks such as staging and furniture movement for normal Ops & events, poster update etc.
• Outlet closing and cleaning.
• Update guests with current and upcoming promotions.
• Attending to guests’ needs promptly.
• Any other job as assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Service-oriented and team player.
• Pro-active, friendly and warm personality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
