• Perform administrative works like claims, filing of documents.
• Managing of League Management System
• Creation of Promotion Campaigns/Events
• Assist in promotion and events activities when required
• Assist in sourcing, analyzing costs, prepare breakdowns
• Analyze and review items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance when required
• Preparation of Reports, Proposals, and/ or Contracts when required
• Communicate with Headquarters and customers, develop long term relationship
• Other ad-hoc duties when required
• Required to work on weekends if necessary
