- Assist with project timeline management
- Assist with agenda management
- Coordination of presentation material to be in line with event branding
- Assist with coordination of event production elements
- Research suppliers and engagement tools as required
- Event setup and teardown
- Client interaction
- Able to commit at least 3 months
- Able to work weekends
- Excellent communication skills, with a pleasant, mature and outgoing personality
