Job Description
- liaison with clients to execute each contract including but not limited to finalize contract and get contract and/or contract amendments signed; to arrange with clients for delivery/payment according to contractual terms, etc.
- following internal procedures and liaison with different internal departments for execution of each contract.
- coordination with logistics service providers
- tracking customer payment/delivery status and following up/escalating to ensure payment/delivery is fulfilled according to contractual terms
- monitoring and reporting MTM price exposure under each contract on daily basis
- timely updating internal system and manual reports for each contract/delivery to make sure all information in system and manual reports are accurate.
- regularly report contract execution status to head of metal operations
- completing works/tasks timely and independently
- to backup team members when needed
