- Coordinate between internal teams and third parties

- Manage project workflow

- Assist in timeline management and costing

- Write inspiring briefs based on an understanding of clients’ requirements and strategic consumer insights

- Have a point of view about briefs, creative ideas, etc. and able to articulate feedback and views

- Motivate teams to deliver the best work

- Attend meetings and write contact reports

- Develop and Clean up presentations

- Attend relevant training programs and courses throughout course of work, and share learnings with the agency

- Diligent and detail-oriented

- Able to follow instructions well

- Thrives in a fast pace, constantly changing environment; can adapt plans due to changes in client objectives, priorities or budgets while minimizing impact on project momentum

- Good PC skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- Preferably a Business or Communications Major student or a relevant degree
