Job Description

The incumbent will support the Commercial Analyst in performing sales analyses to
understand and report business performance, business change needs, assessing the
business impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements
and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant
stakeholders.


 The role will also be complemented with several projects aiming at better structuring the
changes in the commercial policy started in 2017, analyzing the results of these changes
and support the Commercial Analyst in recommendations for changes.


Key Responsibilities

 Manage outlet master list (PROS), and make sure it is updated all the time
 Manage offtake validation -make sure to liaise with various stakeholders, i,e. Operations, Finance, Sales and Wholesalers
 Upload files every month timely and accurately - validate data
 Liaise with Sales team to ensure that the Off-take reports are correct
 Run various sales reports on an ad-hoc basis as needed by the team
 Champion of CRM system for Sales Department (SFDC)
 Data mining as per Commercial Analyst’s requests
 Analysis of monthly reports
 Support Commercial Analyst in Commercial Excellence project
