Job description
· Handles customer enquiries (Export/ Import/ Transhipment / Customer Service)·
Coordinate with agents for rates/ bookings/ shipment arrangement.·
Handle SEA/AIR shipment and ensure all documents·
Create and issue invoice to customers·
Arrange deliveries and follow up with vendors and customers to ensure final destination of shipments·
Perform declaration of permit
