Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Training Administration in areas such as process invoices, submit training grants, issue training bond, update training records into HR Training Module etc
• Provide training logistic support
• Assist in new hire orientation for direct employees and new hire data entry
• Assist in the monthly reports to IT department

Skill Requirement: 

• Proficient in MS Office – powerpoint, excel, words etc
