The Role:
- Conducting research in the various platform to identify job opportunities (Company’s career page)
- Searching for potential candidates in internal (IES) and external databases (RegionUp, LinkedIn)
- Screening CV-s based on the role profile
- Update the in-house database
- Cold-calling to obtain names of candidates and map up the department structure
- Drafting job adverts for approval and posting them in different platforms
- Help in administrative work like preparing candidate profile and presentation to the client
Learning Opportunities:
- Gain knowledge on how to map an organization to understand the people structure
- Hands-on experience on how to proactively identify a potential candidate for a role
