What You Will Learn to Do and Deliver:
- Conduct research on various platforms to identify opportunities (for example, companies’ career pages)
- Search for potential candidates in internal (IES) and external databases (RegionUp, LinkedIn)
- Screen CVs based on clients’ job descriptions and desired profiles
- Update the in-house database
- Conduct cold-calls to obtain names of candidates and map the structures of prospective client organisations
- Draft job advertisements for approval and post them on various platforms
- Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing presentations and candidates’ profiles to be sent to clients
You fit the bill if you:
- Are looking for a temporary position and you can commit for at least 3 months
- Are confident and proficient in the English language
- Are interested in doing research and data mining
- Are a resourceful and efficient researcher
- Enjoy reading CVs and matching candidates to clients’ requirements
- Communicate well and are comfortable with cold-calling
