Job Description
- Provide front desk and general admin support for the school. Duties include:
- Receiving and attending to requests from walk-in customers, phone calls & any other form of enquiries
- Making phone calls on behalf of school to parents/partners as and when necessary
- Administering room key issuance and tracking movement
- Sorting of documents and simple data entry
- Administering mail and courier deliveries
- May be assigned other work duties during school and school related holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ Level Certificate (3 passes & above)
- Pleasant personality
- Preferably with relevant school experience
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Able to speak English, Malay and/or Mandarin
- Prior front desk or school experience preferred
- Able to use computer.
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2019 to 31Dec 2020
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break (the working hours would be adjusted to suit school needs when necessary)
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
