• Identify and develop client business relationships; promoting company's services through warm- and cold-calls
• Perform market mapping
• Establish meetings with potential clients
• Engaging with candidates to assess their needs and expectations
• Updating of database
• Other admin duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Min. O level or Diploma and above
• Prior experience is not required as training is provided
• Able to converse fluently in English
• Outgoing and enjoys interaction with people (especially senior professionals)
• Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills
