Retail Management Intern
In this role, you will get to learn and be in charge of:
- Stockists management (ie. assisting with stock replenishment and request from stockists)
- Research for potential stockists and collaborations to expand retail channels
- Research on competitors’ kits/bundles, seasonal offerings and social media strategy for retail support
- Assist in Pass It On pop-up store's retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandizing.
- Assist in Pass It On e-commerce website digital assets, product page and inventory management.
- Monitor weekly sales and prepare monthly sales report
- Analyse and provide feedback and ideas on how to improve on both offline and online sales
Requirement:
- min. qualification of a Diploma in a relevant course of study such as retail management, merchandising, marketing, or business-related course.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented, possesses excellent follow-through and great organization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
- Proficient in Adobe CS (Photoshop/ Illustration/ Indesign).
- Able to handle basic photography and image editing skills.
- Able to communicate clearly and promptly with a small team.
- Self-driven, hardworking and coachable
- Independent and resourceful with good organizational skill
