Main Responsibilities
• Provide 1st Level of Support to users and be the first contact point for any User Computing incidents
• Set-Up Desktops/Laptops and other necessary peripheral devices which includes but not limited to routers, printers, etc.)
• Install/Configure/troubleshoot all IT equipment/software including computers, laptops, printers, network devices etc.
• Assist and support any Project Implementation and Digital Initiatives
• Perform/Upkeep Inventory and Documentations
Requirements
• Possess Diploma/Degree in Information Technology
• Team Player
• Problem Solving & Communication Skills
• Pro-Active and a Self-Starter to resolve or improve incidents and processes
• Good with illustrating wordy requirements into workflows and diagrams
• Able to commit for min. 6 months of internship
