Job Description
- Perform clientelling to invite Dior loyalty clients for exclusive event and excite them with the details & manage RSVP
- Manage the schedule of Dior cabin facial appointments and follow up call to clients 1 week before appointment as a reminder
- Clear understanding of Dior loyalty program and able to communicate the benefits to clients
- Assist in the update and maintenance of clients’ personal profile
- Be part of the marketing team to assist in event preparation and ad-hoc duties
