Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing communication (including calls, and social media platforms)
• Manage and update outlet appointments.
• Monitor and manage retail stocks and salon-use stock inventory.
• Always maintain safety standards and cleanliness of the salon.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Requirements

• Service-oriented and positive attitude
• Experience in Hair Scalp/ Hair Restoration will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Monthly Regular Day Off -6 days
• Comfortable in retail operational hours which includes weekends and public holidays.
