- Answer front desk phone calls for Papilla Hair Pte Ltd
- Attend to all customers issues and provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses, ensuring complete customers satisfaction on the social media platform.
- Organize and schedule customers’ appointments.
- Acknowledge and greet guests entering and leaving the facility.
- Basic customer registration, financial billing, and cashier.
- Attending to customers' pre & post-consultation enquiries
- Monitor and manage inventory.
- Purchase retail stocks and salon-use stocks when necessary
- Administer, record, and maintain customer records and files.
- Performed regular follow-ups on the customer to upkeep customer care.
- Always maintain safety standards and cleanliness of the salon.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Service-oriented and positive attitude
- Required Skill(s): Fluent in English (Both written & spoken), Experience in Hair Scalp/ Hair Restoration will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Monthly Regular Day Off -6 days
- Comfortable in retail operational hours which includes weekends and public holidays.
