Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To supervise a team of 3 to 5 sales associates after completion of the training program.
  • Perform on-the-job guidance with associates on client acquisition.
  • Support Team associate in generating quality prospective leads.
  • Train and develop new associates.
  • Maintaining team morale and cohesion.
  • Acquisition of new client accounts.
  • Servicing existing client accounts.
  • Participate in Professional Leadership Development training provided.

Requirements:

  • Singaporeans/PR
  • Min “A’ Level/ Diploma
  • 21 and above
  • Completed NS for Males
  • Able to commit to minimum 3 months

Skills that We Are Looking In You:

  • Strong management and communication skills
  • Computer savvy and proficient in PowerPoint presentations
  • IT Knowledge required
  • Excellent salesmanship and networking skills
