Job Description

As an IT Executive, he/she will join the IT team and is expected to work independently. He/she is expected to have broad technical knowledge with strong expertise in a few technical areas. The appreciation and understanding of system process integration will be pivotal to having success in this role.

 

  • Manage and provide technical support and resolve all IT infrastructure issues
  • Liaise with external vendors/suppliers and other IT personnel in solving problems and projects
  • Remotely assist and support other properties as and when required
  • Update, maintain and uphold company IT policy
  • Take ownership in all IT incident tickets raised
  • Responsible for IT inventories management
  • Prepare helpdesk statistic reports on a monthly bas
  • Arrangement of all IT logistics setup
  • Any other ad-hoc duties or projects may be assigned

Job requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience in Infrastructure, Vendor, Service and Project Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and tools
  • Independent, resourceful, good interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • A Team player
  • May be required to go onboard vessels for computer trouble shooting
