Job Description

To maximize your internship learning and experience, the Internship Programme consists of 2 Phases. 

Phase 1: Pick 1 department to learn from office/corporate setting

  • Business Development Analyst

Development of business strategies by using data and market research to identify opportunities. Finding a new business on the partnership side to come on board.

  • Digital Marketer

Ideation, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Manage social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram: curating content and posting engaging content running ads, analyzing post-campaign results.

  • Executive Secretary

Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports. Performing minor accounting and bookkeeping duties.

  • Employment Specialist

Participate in the recruitment process, especially in sourcing high-caliber candidates, screening and selecting ideal individuals. Assist with employer branding initiatives and contribute as a brand ambassador to share an image, culture, and career opportunities to potential candidates.

 

Phase 2: Entrepreneurship (Sales)

  • Technical Skills and Knowledge of financial products, investments and planning

  • Business Skills on how to do personal branding, marketing and pitching

  • Soft Skills in public speaking, interpersonal communication and Professionalism (grooming, negotiation)

  • How to handle a business (planning ideation, proposal, budgeting, execution)

  • Hands-on industry experience and fieldwork
