Company Profile

Against the backdrop of a severe economic downturn in 1998, Dr. Lily Cheng and Dr. Peter Cheng founded PACE out of a desire to help organisations Perform Above Challenging Environments. Since 1998, PACE has stayed true to its purpose of advancing organisations and people by leveraging an Organisation Development (OD) framework to provide organisation-wide solutions to our clients’ people and leadership challenges.

Today, PACE has grown into a multi-cultural team of professional and dynamic individuals who use their diverse experiences and deep expertise to develop, design, and deliver research-based OD solutions which, to date, have impacted more than 135,000 individuals from over 600 organisations in 17 industries across Asia, Europe, and North America.

PACE delivers OD solutions through three distinctive arms: OD Consulting, OD International and OD Academy.

At Pace, we believe that Being Real Matters.

We're authentic in all our dealings and relationship. We’re courageous to articulate the truth, while also being humble to admit what we don’t know. We develop internal and external bonds that will hold us together despite facing real challenges of working together, to advance our clients' organisations.

We embrace holistic well-being and a higher sense of situational awareness among ourselves — to face our business realities with humility, courage and maturity. We confront brutal facts with actions and not defence. We act in faith with a strong resolve to move our organisation to a better state, through collaborating with all involved.

At PACE, we endeavour relentlessly to help leaders be REAL. We're cheerleaders, coaches, authors, mentors, OD doctors,  facilitators, researchers and more — but most of all, we're friends.

We're committed to help leaders build transformational organisations from within: one leader, one team, one person at a time. And with that, true organisation development is the fruit of our intentional efforts to be truer, better and greater versions of ourselves.

Work & Impact.

We believe that being Real is the key to helping organisations and their leaders perform above challenging business environments. As champions of Leadership, Change, Culture, People, Performance, and Service, we are passionate about coaching, equipping, and empowering leaders to face their business realities with humility, courage, and maturity. We help organisations confront brutal facts with actions and not defence. We develop and design organisation-wide solutions that enable them to act in faith with a strong resolve to bring their visions to life.

Having impacted more than 135,000 individuals from more than 600 organisations in 17 industries across Asia, Europe and the United States, we love seeing people grow into their fullest leadership potential. With a dedicated research and development team, we develop the Real Series of OD solutions to synthesise decades of practitioner experience with psychology, organisation development, and neuroscience findings. Apart from advocating global best-practices, we bring a strong contextual understanding of implementing these international frameworks within the pan-Asian cultural context. In doing so, we facilitate a flow of transformation as organisations in Asia and beyond constantly seek to evolve their practices — to bring the best out of their people.
