- Job Description
· Installing and configuring PC, servers and network systems.
· Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
· Logging queries.
· Troubleshoot and resolve PC, server and network systems by providing both on-site and remote support.
· Familiar with server, storage and backup solutions.
· Competence with documenting, flowcharting and project management tools and procedures.
