Job Description

OrangeTee believes in providing internship opportunities as means of discovering young talents at an early stage. Interns with OrangeTee will be able to gain valuable working experience.

This Legal and Compliance Internship programme offers students who are interested in a career with OrangeTee, an enriching and exciting opportunity to discover your potential. During the internship, you will receive quality hands-on training that has real-world application. After a comprehensive induction, you will work as part of a team and make real contribution to OrangeTee.

Through our internship programme, you will learn about the business of OrangeTee and gain practical legal skills that will be useful in your career. In addition to job-specific training, you will also have a supervisor to provide support and feedback throughout the attachment. In addition to your new skills and experience, the internship is also fully paid.

Responsibilities

Duties will include but not limited to administrative task, legal/regulatory research, drafting and reviewing corporate documents, and compliance tasks related to OrangeTee’s responsibilities under the Companies Act, Personal Data Protection Act, Corruption, Drug Trafficking and other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act and Estate Agents Act.
