OPTRA Labs – UGC / Marketing Intern

As a Marketing & UGC Intern at OPTRA Labs, you'll play a key role in growing the OPTRA for Startups brand and helping bring our product to market. You'll work closely with the founding team to develop and execute creative marketing initiatives that increase awareness, drive user acquisition, and strengthen our presence across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Develop user-generated content (UGC) concepts and collaborate with creators to produce authentic, high-performing campaigns.
• Support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, including product launches, community engagement, and growth campaigns.
• Research startup, AI, and SaaS marketing trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Assist with copywriting for social media, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Work directly with the founders on brand strategy, positioning, and growth experiments.

We're Looking For

• Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, AI, and technology.
• Familiarity with social media trends and short-form content creation.
• Experience with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus.
• Interest in growth marketing, branding, or product marketing.
