Presentation of Optimal Cost
Optimal Cost is a Singapore-based consulting company specialized in Cost & Process optimization. We provide Procurement & Supply-Chain Consulting services to SME's and MNC's with an Asian footprint.

Whether our clients need operational support during critical times such as industrial transfers or to understand the maturity level of their purchasing organization and identify opportunities to increase their gross margin, our consultants are dedicated to implement pragmatic and hands-on solutions generating quick sustainable wins.
Responsibilities
You will work directly with the Managing Director, assisting and providing work support on the following projects:
Contribute to the implementation of new internal development strategies
- Assist in preparing Business Analysis
- Be fully responsible and work autonomously on an internal project
- Realize PowerPoint presentations
- Assist in identifying business opportunities for Optimal Cost
- Assist in creating proposals for clients
- Promote Optimal Cost’s services
- Participate to international fairs/exhibitions
- Support consultants working on external purchasing, supply chain or IT projects.
- Assist in the delivery of specific projects and related deliverables
- Participate in audits and meetings with clients

Requirements
- Able to work full time for a period of 6 months to 1 year
- Well organized
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently on projects and tasks
- Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to summarize
- Independent learner and takes initiatives
- Excellent time management skills
- A first work experience in direct or indirect purchasing is a plus
