Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations of HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee P-file and records
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, training, grievances, performance evaluation etc.)
- Coordinate meetings, training & surveys
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant information required
- Assist in recruitment
- Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel)
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, entry level candidates from Polytechnic or related field are welcome
- Singaporean (able to speak Mandarin) to liaise with clients
- Able to start based on a short notice period
Workplace/time:
- Near Tanjong Pagar MRT
- Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
