We have currently been a job blogger site that provides many value posts for job seekers (especially interns) such as tips for interview, tips for writing a resume, etc. In the near future, we want to develop our site to be a job portal which is a gate for both job seekers and recruiters to post jobs, internships, freelance, part-time jobs and apply through our system. Responsibilities:

• Screen candidates for interviews and assist in the recruitment process
• Provide administration and HR support to fellow colleagues
• Learn how to manage leave records
• Ensure and enforce colleagues’ adherence to HR policies and procedures
• Organise and participate in company events
• Liaise with external service providers
• Design programs to reduce turnover, boost morale, and employee loyalty
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Effective Communication, Confidential & Sensitive, Positive Attitude.
• Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
