Customer Service Executive (Car Sales)
We are looking for a customer-centric, hard-working, results-driven individuals to join the Oneshift Team! You love cars, communicate with people and have an open, positive, go-getter never-say-die attitude and get the kicks out on winning.
Job Scope and Responsibilities
You will be the point of contact for potential car buyers, sellers and car dealers in-charge of:
• Developing sales opportunities by connecting with customers, following up and promote our suite of services that help people get their dream cars!
• Facilitating date setting, arranging of car viewings, between the car sellers, buyers and/or dealers.
• Closing the deal, arranging the paperwork, loans, and insurance sorted.
• Ensure that our customers leave with a positive impression and helping them to leave an excellent review for us.
• Maintaining & retaining existing customer relations through regular communications and documenting all customer interactions in our CRM.
• Provide regular feedback and suggesting input to improve our internal processes proactively.
Requirements
• A love for cars and customer service orientated.
• Have a valid Class 3 driving license
• Minimum 1-year experience in new or used car sales positions.
• Strong interpersonal & conversational skills.
• Good with numbers and Digital Savvy.

Role
• Salary: ~$50k/year no cap! (Commission based + transportation/petrol claims)
• Work Location: West (Jurong East / Clementi MRT)
• Part-Time, Contract and Internship arrangements available.
