Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist members in reservations and enquiries for facilities, activities and events bookings via emails, calls or face to face over the counter
- Ensure all venues for programmes are booked in advance.
- Handling and recording of payments received from members and guests.
- Handle sales of retail products at Recreation Office.
- Liaise and correspond with various departments and service providers on the preparation of programmes & activities to ensure operations run smoothly during activities and events.
- Ensure respective sports areas and facilities adhere to safety regulations and meeting the operating standards
- Ensure all members comply to the Club’s Bye Laws and rules and regulations
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Sports and Recreation Manager.
Requirements:
- Energetic, outgoing and friendly personality
- Good interpersonal skills and customer-service oriented
- Proficient in Computer Applications
- Will be required to work on weekends and PH
