Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Membership department.
  • Maintain database associated with membership with accurate and current information.
  • Complete all appropriate paperwork and procedures in a timely manner for all new and resigned members, absent members, as well as member changes.
  • Duties include but are not limited to attending to email communication, handling telephone inquiries, processing membership applications, generating reports, database maintenance, documentation filing & distribution, and answering routine correspondences.
  • Effective communication between the club and members.
  • Assist in communicating and coordinating information between the club and the members.
  • Assist with membership events.
  • Preparing all new members’ membership kits
  • Strict compliance to standard operating procedures
  • Assist other departments and staff members as time permits, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service will be an added advantage.
  • Meticulous and resourceful.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
