Job Description

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruitment activities including candidates’ specification, coordinating interviews, screening, verifying qualifications and reference checks.
  • Responsible for preparing appointment letters for new staff, track & process confirmation & adjustments.
  • Ensure human resource records are accurately updated and maintained, e.g. leave administration
  • Assist in organizing recreational activities, celebrations of the company’s milestones and other employee welfare programs.
  • Validate, record & process claims including casual labour claims, dental and medical reimbursement.
  • Ensure all new employees attend the Club’s orientation programme in accordance with Club guidelines.
  • Responsible for following-up with necessary procedures for resigned staff eg. clearance, exit interview.
  • Monitor present and future trends, practices and systems in Human Resources and make recommendations as appropriate.
  • Ensure all staff are aware of company benefits and make these available.
  • Deal with all problems relating to individuals in an understanding, caring and confidential manner.
  • Assist career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
  • Support in ad-hoc projects.
  • Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive.
