One Third Technologies was incorporated in year 2013 after getting ACE Startup Grant by Spring Singapore. We are awarded the grant based on a mobile app that we have developed. Since then we focus on helping our clients to build their mobile apps. Over the years, we have work with people from various industries (F&B, Healthcare, Social, Security and Education sector) to improve their business processes .  

Our team consists of experienced individuals who are technology geeks and are in tune with the current mobile and web ecosystem. We believe that technology can always be improved, and new ideas can be implemented to drive innovation to the next level. We work closely with our partners and clients to improve their current technologies so that they can make an impact in the sector that they are in.

Job Description
  • Provide technical advising, troubleshooting, and analysis and communicate technically complex ideas to a non-technical audience
  • Gather requirements via client meetings and lead the solution design process with customers
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with our clients
  • Work across multiple customer-facing teams (Sales, Business Development, Product, Customer Success) to improve & accelerate the product's vision and make global businesses successful
  • Experience in developing creative and engaging training/content and certifications for both technical and non-technical users will be beneficial
  • Manage efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records;
  • Good verbal and written communications skills;
  • Proficiency in English; second language a plus;
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills;
  • Current in office technology, and computer software include MS Office;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload;
  • Simple bookkeeping


Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline or its equivalent
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Ability to continuously develop prospects, leads, and new sales opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal, customer management and communication skills
  • A good team player with the ability to multi-task
  • Outspoken and people-orientated
  • Driven, self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fast mover and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful in execution and results-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal and written presentation / communication skills
  • Thoughtful team player, a quick learner, and have a “can do” attitude with a growth mindset
