Job Description
- Preparing product listing in websites and online platforms. Performing data entry of product listing in online platforms.
- Delivering customer service. Reply online platform customer enquires through platform messenger as well as from Whatsapp messages.
- Executing order fulfilment. Daily processing of online sales order receives in online platforms.
- Plan and prepare marketing and promotion campaigns. Prepare graphical banners for festive season etc.
- Plan and schedule delivery driver routes. Daily planning of the routes which the drivers will go when scheduled.
- Check and tally orders. To proceed with order checking after warehouse has packed the goods for next day's delivery.
- Source for suppliers. To assist with sourcing for suppliers.
- Preparation of flyers to be send to potential customers. To assist with preparation process of confirm valid address and sticking of stamps on envelops.
- Other assignments. To help with other assignments.
- Laising with online platforms to settle refunds issues, etc.
