OM Materials – Management Trainee

OM Materials (S) Pte. Ltd. based in Singapore, the division is active in ore and ferroalloy markets, and leverages the economies of scale of the Group’s operations to streamline raw material procurement and product sales.  Our core business include manganese, ore sales, marketing of ferroalloys, as well as distribution of third-party ores globally.

Management Trainee

The 12-18 months Management Trainee Programme is aimed at identifying young graduates looking to start their career in the world of physical commodities. The program is an accelerated induction hands-on experience, with an emphasis on understanding operation and markets across the value chain.

The Programme encompasses job rotation to various business units/departments and exposure to functional areas across the commodity value chain such as finance, production, marketing/trading, trade support, middle office, operation, research & analysis, corporate projects etc.

You will be engaged in stimulating, hands-on functional roles with challenging responsibilities and have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our company culture & values.
