Oishi is a leading ice cream and gelato manufacturer selling locally and overseas. The company has been operational since 2003 and has partnered with many established restaurant chains, retailers and other F&B establishments. The company is BRC and FSSC 2200 certified and sells its products halal.
The Sales Administrator is responsible for processing customer orders .
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders accurately and promptly in the ERP/system. 
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders. 
- Track order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers and sales team. 
- Prepare and issue delivery orders, invoices, and related shipping documents. 
- Maintain and update customer records and pricing in the system. 
- Handle order amendments, returns, or cancellations in accordance with company policy. 
- Support internal reporting related to order status, backlog, and fulfillment performance. 
- Assist in resolving customer queries, complaints, or discrepancies related to orders. 
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on customer expectations and stock availability. 
- Perform general administrative duties related to the sales process. 
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. 
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales administration, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution industries. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP/order processing systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). 
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. 
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
