Oddle – Sales Support Intern

About the role:

As part of the Sales & Account Management team, you’ll gain hands-on exposure supporting our commercial operations and merchant success initiatives. This role is ideal for university students eager to peek into the world of B2B sales, client servicing, and startup execution.

You will be involved in:

Sales Operations & Support

• Prepare materials to support merchant acquisition efforts
• Set up and arrange delivery of hardware to restaurants
• Support onboarding of new F&B merchants on our platforms
• Shadow live or virtual sales pitches to observe how we engage restaurant partners and close deals

Account Management Support

• Assist in menu setup, content checks, and basic training for merchants as and when required
• Monitor merchant activity and help resolve operational queries

Corporate Outreach Program

• Coordinate outreach to corporates and partners
• Compile offers and promotions
• Work with internal teams to prepare communication materials

Ad-hoc Projects

• Take part in cross-functional projects that enhance merchant experience or sales effectiveness
• Learn and support different facets of the commercial team as needed

We’re looking for a university student who is:

• Keen to learn about sales, customer success, and the F&B tech space
• Curious, driven, and proactive in taking on new challenges
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks with accountability
• A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Confident using tools like Google Sheets, Slides, and willing to pick up new platforms

Nice to have (but not a must):

• Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Passion for F&B or hospitality-related industries
