Job Description

Internship - Art (Oct 2025 - March 2025)

As an Art Department Intern, you will assist the art team in the design, preparation, and execution of sets, props, and visual elements for the production. This internship provides practical, hands-on experience in bringing creative concepts to life on screen while learning the behind-the-scenes processes of set design and art direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing, preparing, and organizing props, décor, and art materials.

  • Help with set dressing before and during shoots to ensure continuity and visual appeal.

  • Support the team in constructing, painting, and maintaining sets or props.

  • Keep track of art inventory (props, set pieces, décor items).

  • Ensure props and set items are returned, stored, or disposed of properly after shoots.

  • Provide on-set assistance for last-minute fixes, adjustments, or continuity checks.

  • Research visual references and materials that support the production design.

Requirements

  • Interest in art, design, or media production.

  • Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented.

  • Comfortable with hands-on tasks such as crafting, painting, and lifting props.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment.

Successful applicants must commit to at least a 4-month internship during the period from Oct 2025 to Jan 2025.
