• Assist with contract drafting, proof reading and corporate secretary matter

• Legal research on applicable laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions, in particular Business license, Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Privacy, and Employment Law

• Work closely with legal counsel to resolve issues related to construct and interpretation of contracts and to rectify errors identified in contract register and working files

• Assistance with compliance issues and provide legal administrative support a required

• Assistance with the management of processes surrounding software license agreements, statements of work, and professional services agreements

• Identify red flags that comes up in due diligence and negotiating agreements that protect various interests

• Validate and document of mitigating controls for requirements• Assist to sort and document legal agreements

• Support the team in identifying and documenting key regulatory obligation

• Maintaining intellectual property information and documentation

• support regulated markets, based on the latest developments in the legal sphere of crypto-assets.

• Assisting in achieving effective management of legal risks, e.g. through appropriate internal policy and procedures, and legal templates

• Working closely with internal stakeholders across different functions (including sales, trading, risk, compliance, operations, procurement, technology) to execute business strategy, including launching and structuring new products and services under the digital asset regulatory frameworks of MAS

• Keeping abreast of regulatory and policy developments related to digital assets to ensure legal and regulatory compliance

• Conducting regulatory analysis on different types of digital asset

• Providing effective legal advice and solutions to internal stakeholders on routinely short timelines and in an evolving industry environment

• Research on legal and compliance requirements under digital asset space

• Additionally, perform all tasks and duties associated with the scope of work set forth above, including but not limited to, work being performed already or related change orders
