Business Analyst Intern
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate development while also contributing to our organization's digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies to drive business growth. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting operational performance analysis, streamlining processes, supporting and initiating digital initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct root cause analysis of operational performance fluctuations and provide feedback to local operations teams for improvement.
2. Analyse capabilities and limitations of existing systems, and propose continuous improvement strategies for enhanced efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization.
4. Research digital trends and explore tech components like AI, AR/VR, and customer service tools for potential implementation.
5. Analyse social media pages and relevant trends. Implement and enhance the organization's digital presence.
6. Partake in UI/UX creation to improve user experience and support digitization initiatives.
7. Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital tools, experimenting with new technologies and applications that align with our digital transformation goals.
8. Track project results and apply learnings to future planning and decision-making processes.
9. Maintain office systems, including data management and filing, as well as supporting Director's general office work, such as research and coordination.
10. Perform all tasks and duties associated with the scope of work, including related change orders, as required.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Systems and/or other related fields.
2. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
3. Familiarity with digital transformation trends and emerging technologies, such as AI, AR/VR, and customer service tools.
4. Knowledge of website development and relevant technical tools to support digitization initiatives.
5. Understanding of business operations, preferably with knowledge of M&A, and corporate secretarial functions.
6. Curiosity and a willingness to learn, with a proactive approach to self-initiated learning.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
9. Proficiency in reading and understanding code, such as Python and JavaScript, is preferred.
10. Knowledge of cryptocurrency and NFT investment is recommended.
11. Keen eye for UI/UX design and a passion for creating user-friendly experiences.
