Xiao Hong Shu Social Media Content Creation and Ads Management Specialist

Position: Social Media Content Creation and Ads Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop and execute compelling content strategies for our Xiao Hong Shu account that align with our brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives. This includes crafting engaging and visually appealing posts, articles, videos, and interactive content to drive user engagement and interest in our products.

Ads Management: Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Xiao Hong Shu to maximize reach, conversion rates, and return on ad spend. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve ad performance.

Audience Engagement: Regularly monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and feedback on our Xiao Hong Shu account. Cultivate a positive and interactive online community, building brand loyalty and rapport with our audience.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, user behavior, and industry developments on Xiao Hong Shu and other relevant platforms. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and benchmarks for content and advertising.

Collaborations: Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) on Xiao Hong Shu for potential collaborations and partnerships to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and advertising on the Xiao Hong Shu platform or other Chinese social media platforms. A creative mindset with a strong eye for design, photography, and videography. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

In-depth knowledge of the Xiao Hong Shu ecosystem, trends, and algorithms, and the ability to adapt content strategies accordingly.

Analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of content and ad campaigns, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and improvements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
