Job Responsibilities
- Provide support in handling full set of accounts
- Assist in preparing timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports
- Provide support in handling daily financial transactions
- Provide support in reconciliation of monthly bank statements
- Provide support in liaising with bankers for banking transaction matters
- Provide support in preparation of GST submission
- Provide support in handling staff claims and reimbursements
- Provide support in administering all documentations in relation and accordance to the invoicing and receipt of payment of debtors
- Assist with other ad-hoc finance-related projects
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy/Finance
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
- Able to handle multiple responsibilities
- Thrives under pressure and is able to meet deadlines
