Job Description
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • knowledge in repairing or replacing damaged hardware
  • knowledge in Wintel system, Hypervisor.
  • Knowledge in MS O365, installation and troubleshooting.
  • Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
  • Performing setup and roll out of new software and hardware.
  • Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
  • Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
  • Keen in learning new technologies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time.
  • Managing technical documentation.

Specialization: Basic knowledge Hardware / Software / OS

Learning outcome: L1 and L2 Support experience
