Job Description
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge in repairing or replacing damaged hardware
- Knowledge in Wintel system, Hypervisor.
- Knowledge in MS O365, installation and troubleshooting.
- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
- Performing setup and roll out of new software and hardware.
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
- Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
- Keen in learning new technologies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time.
- Managing technical documentation.
Job Requirement
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Current matriculating student of tertiary institution
- Internship period: Minimum to commit 3 months or more
- Full Time Working Arrangement Internship
